C1 The choir organ was built by Cavaillé‑Coll in 1865. It was overhauled by Mutin and moved behind the high altar in 1898. In 1973, Jean Bourgarel carried out another restoration, replacing the Voix Céleste stop with a three‑rank Cymbal. In the early 1980s, the instrument was first moved to the location of the present statue of Saint Thomas More, before finally being installed in place of the Sacred Heart altar. In 2024, the organ was cleaned by Nicolas Toussaint.
